Align and book faster with ProposalsHey hey 👋 We’re super excited about this release. You’ve been asking for a better way to manage the initial back-and-forth with sponsors. Picking dates, getting aligned, and all that jazz. Well, it’s here: Proposals are now live in Sponsy! And that’s not all. We’ve also shipped another long-requested feature: CRM custom fields. Now you can centralize even more data right inside Sponsy, tailored to your workflow. As always, we’d love to hear what you think! Just hit reply to this email, we read every response :) Until then, enjoy the rest of your summer and happy Sponsying ☀️ Let’s dive in! —The Sponsy team FEATURE The Proposals feature lets you package sponsorship opportunities into a clean, professional offer that sponsors can review, discuss, and accept. It’s perfect when you want to:
Here’s how it worksFirst, build your offer with all the essentials. Placements, date options, and a few extras if you want. You can choose to collect assets upfront, enable payments, or even add an expiration date to keep things moving. When you're ready, publish the offer! It’ll generate a unique, read-only link you can share with your sponsor. You can send it manually or use Sponsy’s built-in email option to deliver it directly. Your sponsor will receive a clean, public-facing page with all placements, pricing, and terms. The sponsor can then select specific dates between the ones available. If you’ve enabled it, they can also upload assets and pay in advance, right from the same page. As soon as the sponsor accepts, the deal is created automatically and ready to be taken to the next step 🙌

These are real opportunities you can act on right away, with advertisers who already know you and already trust your audience. This...

Until now, keeping those two worlds aligned usually meant reminders, manual updates, or the classic "did you update this yet?" Slack ping. With this update, your sales team can stay...
Hey there, It’s the Sponsy crew checking in from the land of sponsors, ad ops, and far too many browser tabs 👋 If your week has involved chasing assets, nudging sponsors, or wondering "wait, what’s my subscriber LTV again?", this one’s for you. Over the past few weeks, we’ve been heads down on two updates that should make your days feel a little less chaotic and a lot more under control: A brand new, customizable dashboard where every teammate can see exactly what matters to them. Smarter...
