🟪 Meet the only dashboard you need for ad ops

Hey there,

It’s the Sponsy crew checking in from the land of sponsors, ad ops, and far too many browser tabs 👋

If your week has involved chasing assets, nudging sponsors, or wondering "wait, what’s my subscriber LTV again?", this one’s for you.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been heads down on two updates that should make your days feel a little less chaotic and a lot more under control:

  • A brand new, customizable dashboard where every teammate can see exactly what matters to them.
  • Smarter default due dates that respect business days, so deadlines stop randomly landing on Saturdays.

Some of you already spotted the new dashboard when it quietly appeared last Friday. Consider this the official "yes, that was on purpose" and a proper walkthrough of what’s new, plus all the due date magic behind the scenes.

Hope you enjoy the updates as much as we enjoyed shipping them.

FEATURE
🎛 A new dashboard that adapts to the way you work

Think of the new Sponsy dashboard as your mission control. Instead of hunting through different pages to understand what’s going on, you get a single place that answers: “What do I need to care about right now?”

Every user gets their own version of the dashboard, so your sales lead, ops manager, and founder can each see a different layout tailored to their role.

Make it your own

You can customize the dashboard to surface the information that actually matters to you. Move the widgets you care about most to the top, hide what you don’t need, and reorder things so your daily workflow feels natural.

A few of the key areas you’ll see:

🗓 Calendar widget

Meet your new weekly and monthly calendar that pulls all your ad inventory into one clear view. You can switch between week and month views, choose exactly which publications you want to see, and instantly understand what is booked, what needs attention, and what is still available.

Instead of staring at a messy spreadsheet, you can scan the calendar and quickly spot gaps you can still sell, catch overloaded days before they turn into fire drills, and decide which slots to pitch in your next sponsor email.

🤝 Deal pipeline at a glance

Quickly see what is in your pipeline right from your dashboard. Each pipeline widget can show up to three stages at a time, which keeps things clean and focused on the deals that actually matter right now.

💰 Revenue and performance highlights

Keep an eye on the metrics that matter most to you. Whether it’s your subscriber LTV in the last 30 days, CTR this year, revenue this quarter, or fill rate for the next 60 days, the dashboard gives you a quick pulse on how your entire operation is performing.

No digging through spreadsheets, no exporting data. Just a fast, friendly snapshot of the numbers that actually influence your business.

🗓 Much more widgets and unlimited possibilites

Your dashboard can be as simple or as delightfully over the top as you want. Add new widgets, mix and match layouts, and build a command center that shows you exactly what you care about. Want a wall of metrics? Go for it. Prefer a clean space with just your pipeline and calendar? Totally valid.

Each widget is fast to set up, easy to rearrange, and instantly useful. The more you tailor the dashboard to your workflow, the more it starts to feel like your always-on co-pilot.

FEATURE
Default due dates that finally respect weekends

Deadlines are great until they land on a Saturday.

We’ve improved how default due dates work so your workflow stays realistic and stress free. Each publication now follows its own rhythm. A daily newsletter might need assets a couple of days before send, while a weekly one needs a little more breathing room. You can set these rules per publication so everything lines up naturally.

If a due date falls on a weekend, Sponsy can automatically bump it back to the previous business day. That way, a Monday send won’t accidentally create a Saturday deadline. No more manual fixes or awkward sponsor emails.

And if your team prefers working strictly in business days, you can turn on an option that lets Sponsy skip weekends entirely when calculating deadlines. This keeps timelines consistent and avoids last minute surprises.

That’s it for now 👋

We hope the new dashboard and smarter due dates help you feel more in control of your sponsorship workflow, not the other way around.

As always, we’d love to hear what you think:

Until now, keeping those two worlds aligned usually meant reminders, manual updates, or the classic "did you update this yet?" Slack ping. With this update, your sales team can stay...
