Hey there 👋 Over the last few weeks we have rolled out a friendlier and more powerful HubSpot integration built around how teams actually work day to day. A lot of sales teams live inside HubSpot all day long, while campaign managers rely on Sponsy as the source of truth for inventory, calendars, and delivery. Until now, keeping those two worlds aligned usually meant reminders, manual updates, or the classic "did you update this yet?" Slack ping. With this update, your sales team can stay comfortable inside HubSpot while everything important flows into Sponsy automatically. You can sync multiple pipelines, map custom fields, align stages, and even create slots right from HubSpot so campaign managers always see clean, accurate data inside Sponsy. No double work and no crossed wires. We also know not everyone uses HubSpot. Sponsy should always reflect what is happening inside HubSpot. This expanded integration gives you clear control over how data flows from HubSpot into Sponsy so your pipelines, stages, fields, and ad inventory stay aligned without any manual updates.

You can now sync multiple HubSpot pipelines into Sponsy and keep every stage update perfectly aligned along the way. This is ideal for teams managing several publications, product lines, or channels. You can pick the pipelines you want, select multiple stages per pipeline, and decide exactly how each one maps into Sponsy.
In HubSpot, deals move through many stages before they reach closed won. During that time, you often want to start blocking calendar dates and preparing early. With the new multi stage syncing, Sponsy updates automatically with every stage change in HubSpot so your deal progress stays fully in sync until it is finally closed.

Custom fields are now fully supported. Any HubSpot property can be mapped to a Sponsy custom field so your team sees consistent, clean data everywhere. You can track all the useful details like campaign date, IO number, campaign type, content format, or anything else your team relies on, all without duplicating work.

Now you can attach a date from a HubSpot field into Sponsy line items and even automatically book the slots into your inventory, keeping your inventory always up to date.

Sometimes a deal in HubSpot gets updated after the initial sync or you just want to make sure everything is perfectly aligned. You can now click "Re-sync" to force a fresh sync from HubSpot into Sponsy. This instantly pulls the latest fields and items.
You can also track every change in the Activity tab, giving you a clear history of what updated and when. No guessing and no wondering if something synced correctly.

Here is a handy feature that many teams miss. Sponsy can automatically sync slot metrics for 14 days after a campaign goes live. That means your performance data keeps updating on its own with no extra automations or manual work.
Impressions, clicks, CTR, revenue data, and other key metrics stay fresh and accurate for two full weeks. This makes your reporting more reliable over time and gives you a clearer view of how your sponsorships actually perform.
It is one of those small features that quietly saves your team a lot of time while keeping your data honest.
