This week, we’re introducing two powerful updates that give you more structure and flexibility: Tasks, to help you stay on top of everything that needs doing, and new custom fields and a list view in Deals, so you can track exactly what matters to you at a glance. Tasks make it easy to track what needs to get done, who’s responsible, and when it's due. It's the simple workflow boost you didn’t know you needed.
Let’s break it down 👇
Recreating the same checklist for every slot or deal is a drag. With Task Templates, you don’t have to.
Build a template once — for a specific publication or campaign type — and Sponsy will automatically add your predefined tasks every time a new slot or deal is created.
Think: draft copy, confirm CTA, upload banner, send preview. All there, every time. No more “Did we forget to...?”
Each slot now includes a Tasks tab. Add specific to-dos, assign teammates, and set due dates. Everyone knows what to do and when.
Great for steps like copywriting, asset reviews, or scheduling.
For bigger campaigns, you can also create tasks at the Deal level. Keep track of high-level steps across multiple placements — like final approvals, reporting, or invoicing.
Want the big picture? Head to the new Tasks page to view every open task across your team. You can filter by assignee or due date to see exactly what’s on your plate.
